The people at the fitness project, are amazing leaders, and humans, they are knowledgeable, support you every step of the way. I am still new at this health thing, with help and support of a coach, I have managed to lose 26 pounds so far. They teach people so much, reprogramming our thoughts around food, and limited beliefs, we tell ourselves, and live stuck in. they taught me, I am a worthy investment. I recommend this to anyone wanting a healthier self. You're a worthy investment!!
