Worst customer experience ever. I purchased many items, and you send the wrong order, dirty used clothes, and missing items. I wonder how you will sustain your business. No response to emails and complaints. The next step is a consumer rights complaint against you.

The worst service you will ever see, you purchase, pay online, receive wrong items, complain, someone comes and collect the wrong item, then they vanish NO ONE will bother to reply to you in any chanel! And keep in mind they don't have any contact number, only email and messages on website and Instagram. You can not reach them at all. The worst service ever.

Good product terrible experience, the app doesn't have an account to log in, just buy and give ur credit card details amd shipping address, anything goes wrong (which in my case always) you will be under the mercy of the terrible customer service. No phone number to call just email. You issue a ticket it gets closed and you don't know what's the fate of my items! Too bad thier clothing is fine product with bad management.
