I froze my membership and can't unfreeze it. Both the website and app return an error. I even tried a friend's iPhone. The 'live chat' (it's AI, so please don't call it that) doesn't appear most of the time and when I managed to get it and ask to unfreeze my membership it said were sorry you want to cancel, and I can't type anything else. I submitted a help query and got an automated email back saying my query is closed. I guess you don't want my money, and I'm better cancelling???

Why oh why don't you use QR codes on the equipment? The app is generally ok for checking gym availability and classes, but trying to log workouts on the various equipment is cumbersome, you scroll through a long list, sometimes there are duplicate / similar exercises (bench press for eg). Why not just have a QR code on each piece of equipment, and just scan it in the app? Would save so much time, and maybe stop some of the 10 minute doom-scrolling between sets that some seem to do.

Since the new update, l can't see the fit request data. It's very annoying because I am paying money to keep my track! Everyone in the gym had the exact same issue! Please fix it! Thank you
