Why oh why don't you use QR codes on the equipment? The app is generally ok for checking gym availability and classes, but trying to log workouts on the various equipment is cumbersome, you scroll through a long list, sometimes there are duplicate / similar exercises (bench press for eg). Why not just have a QR code on each piece of equipment, and just scan it in the app? Would save so much time, and maybe stop some of the 10 minute doom-scrolling between sets that some seem to do.

They took 2 payments and didn't give me a code to access the gym, and didn't let me request a new one. Absolute scam

Terrible customer service, rude, unprofessional and not respectful at all. Membership was canceled, due to them changing their paying system, my bank refused payment. Had no emails, no notifications for them, just cancelled everything after 2 years of membership, now they require paying rejoining fees, for their mistake. Unfortunately have to rejoin and pay the fees, as I live very close and this convenient for me.
