The app also connects to HealthKit so you can track your activity from your device or wearable. I purchased the Ultimate membership in London because it promised access to multiple locations. After moving back to Leicester, I successfully added the Leicester gym to my account, but I still cannot access it despite paying for the highest-tier plan. Customer support has been extremely disappointing, with no help available in person or online. Paying for premium benefits that are not delivered is unacceptable.

Pitiful app from one of the largest commercial gyms in the country. Went to unfreeze my membership, options not available on the app, go to the webpage, the unfreeze button doesn't work, log out and log back into the app, click the unfreeze button, takes me to a page saying I've over overstretched and don't have permission then takes me through to the webpage where to unfreeze button doesn't work again. these apps always been bad but genuinely a joke for a company of this size. Fix your s***

They took 2 payments and didn't give me a code to access the gym, and didn't let me request a new one. Absolute scam

Paid for access to multiple gyms but can't access this as "we're working on our tech". The Gym Group refuses to take responsibility or even provide a timeline for when this feature will be available again. I'll now have to pay to use a different gym while away. Not pleased.
