Update: I Uninstalled & reinstalled, and it works now. I still like the old one better, but at least I got my bill paid. I just want to pay my bill, and there's no place to do that, and I can't use the old app. The old app was working just fine, not sure why they needed to "improve". I'm going to end up being late on my payment. I've tried more than once, and it's impossible.

Installed update, and now I can't access my policy on the app. I have to open my web browser. Totally useless app

Yes bad! I had auto for 10 years locked in at $240 yr. Then I wanted to add a vehicle to existing policy and delete the current one due to auto theft...they screwed me made new policy to increase the rate. Me thinking im all pd. Waited till due date to pay as I had for 10 yrs...they told me no you are banned for 1 yr. On top of that now they increased my premium to $550 a yr with zero violations or accidents for 15 years! Suck!
