I love The Hello Club App! It makes it easy for me to place an online order when I get off of work, Then pick it up when I'm on my home from work! (my off time changes daily. I use to not do same day) The app keeps track of my order from upon arrival until the last minute it goes from my hand to yours! It keeps tracks of rewards points & Informs me of what I can get/do with my reward points I have at the current time.

Garbage broken app. It opens, asks me to select store then goes directly to inbox where it tells me I have no messages. Can't do anything except hit a link at the top that opens their website. Useless, don't waste the space on your phone

This app sucks. I'm just trying to place an order and can't get by this dumb points/reward page. Where is the menu icon? It definitely isn't showing up at the bottom with the other BS. Why did you screw up something that actually worked?

To be clear, the dispensary itself is very good. This is for the app only. It needs a lot of work. It is not user-friendly. I've been trying to update my certification and when I select a file, it takes me to some other part of the app and never gives me the chance to save it. I often end up going in circles in this app trying to get where I need to be. It's just really clunky and annoying.
