The Inner Seasons

*Les Saisons Intérieures* (Inner Seasons) is a wellness game designed to create a peaceful bubble for yourself: a gentle match-3 game, guided meditations, and a short journal—activities you can complete in just a few minutes before bed, or while wearing headphones on the subway, train, or bus.

A fox accompanies you from start to finish. It never speaks loudly or rushes you; the game features no timers, high scores to beat, or advertisements.

CHOOSE YOUR INNER SEASON

Winter: rest, listening, slowing down.
Spring: renewal, curiosity, inspiration.
Summer: expression, radiance, confidence.
Autumn: introspection, release, integration.

Each day, you are free to choose the season that calls to you. The game makes no assumptions about you and claims no knowledge of your body.

YOUR BUBBLE IN FIVE STEPS

Choose your season, set an intention, play a level, write a page, and listen to a session. Once the five steps are complete, the "Your Bubble of Calm" screen invites you to look up and breathe—whether you are in bed or on public transport. The bubble refills the next day.

A CALM MATCH-3 GAME

Twenty levels spread across the four seasons. Match roses, leaves, suns, crescent moons, water droplets, and pebbles. Gentle boosters: Nature’s Hammer, Trowel, Pebble Jar, Seasonal Shuffle, and Nature’s Burst. Obstacles to gently clear: ice, roots, mist, mossy pebbles, and frozen roses.

AUDIO SESSIONS FOR ANYWHERE

Four Yoga Nidra sessions—one for each season—and a sleep meditation. Listen at home in the evening or use headphones during your commute. The player offers resume-from-where-you-left-off functionality, 15-second rewind and fast-forward, a favorites feature, and a timer. Nothing starts automatically: you only hear a session if you choose to launch it.

A JOURNAL FOR REFLECTION

Four simple questions to jot down a few words: what requires your attention, what you need, what you can let go of, and what wants to grow. After each level, a thought to hold onto can be saved to your journal.

EVERYTHING STAYS WITH YOU

No accounts, no sign-ups, no ads, and no in-app purchases. The game works entirely offline—audio sessions are included, making it convenient for subway tunnels or airplane travel. Your progress, notes, and intentions remain on your device and are deleted only when you decide. We use only usage statistics—unlinked to your identity—to help improve the game. Your journal content is never transmitted.

DESIGNED FOR COMFORT

Large touch areas, high contrast, reduced animations, adjustable sound and vibration, and support for French and English. No background music: the game remains silent so as not to add to the noise around you.

*Les Saisons Intérieures* is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. It offers a gentle moment—at your own pace—to take a breath in the middle of the day or to wind down at the end of it.
