I own a 2024 Nautilus and am an Android user I have two issues. 1. I can't download Apple Music on the app. I've been using this app for just shy of a year. I like the convenience and dependability of the app.2. My question is, why is this app not on our watch like Ford pass? I find that strange.

Tried the app in 2021, it didn't work. Now it's 2025, and I have an entirely different Lincoln and the app has been through multiple updates. It's improved (at least it loads and opens now) but I have a CEL on a Nautilus and no idea why it's there, and I can't schedule an appt through the app. I sold the MKZ, bought a BMW 3, and then came back for a Nautilus. The app is just one of many reasons I should have kept the damn BMW or traded it for an X3 or X5. My mistake. Won't happen again.

Add function to display on main screen whether car is currently LOCKED OR UNLOCKED. Also: How do we manually refresh data in the new design? App doesn't show anymore when it was last refreshed! Pulling down on the screen doesn't refresh it anymore! Also: app doesn't show anymore if the car is in power saving mode! Also: add climate control functionality. 21st century. Even Korean Genesis is laughing right now. And don't try to slide it offering me to call you in response, just make a decent app!

When will this app support the Android Wear OS watches as its brother the Ford Pass app? Nobody seems to be able to provide this answer, including calling in for support. The Ford app has had this feature since November 2024. Understand, I'm not talking about the Apple/iOS phones or watches. Please advise!!!

Junk app. It worked great for about 1 week, and that was it. It won't let you refresh, it keeps saying refresh failed, keeps saying vehicle is on, tire pressure readings are way off. The location is way off. I could go on and on. Uninstalling!
