Anytime I've gotten a new phone there is an option to email them and get my account transferred over, but I never hear anything back, so I have to cancel my plan without getting a refund. I switched to a new phone for the 3rd time and went to cancel my subscription, I tried buying another wash club by now I can't even complete the purchase so makes the entire app useless as the customer service is practically non-existent
