Loved this app when it started, it was great for years with no problems. Some time in the last year I was logged out and my points were reset to 0, then a takeaway order didn't go through which the lovely staff did there best to do on their register, and now I have offers that expired June 2021. Hope you can fix the app as it was excellent, and I loved the takeaway option as well as dining in.

This app is an abomination, the UX is retarded. You have to use buttons in the menu to go back and forth. Then again once you add the order!

The app froze during payment, so I completed the order on the website instead. However, both orders ended up at my table, and I was charged twice. I paid for both without realizing the issue.

Had the app on my phone for more than a year... can't reset my password... put the app on my boyfriends phone, lets him login in with my phone number and a text code. But resets before the order goes through... so bored with trying to order...

I am not even sure why I still have the app with how glitchy and ineffective it is. Every time I open the app, I have to log in again and that too, I have to go and find that, it isn't automatically offered. Even when I go to log in, it never accepts the password and then when going to reset it, that also doesn't work. So much for collecting points and having some benefit from the app. Uninstalling it. Just a waste of space.
