Every time I log in to PD it tells me to download latest app. I have downloaded new app twice. Eve. Not happy

I have two devices running on Android 10 and one on Android 7. Unfortunately, the new app does not fully run Android 10 but Android 7 is fine. Android 10 doesn't permit the downloading of the PD to a file, it can only be read online. I like to download the paper daily and read it as I go. It can't be done. Earlier I spoke with customer service, and they tried to help but according to their notes, the app is not fully functional on Android 10. I suggested updating of the app.

I have been trying to access the new digital edition for the last three days. I have spoken to customer service three times to reset my password. The agent was supposed to send me an email to reset my password, but I never received that email. Truly frustrating. Charles Barth

Without question the WORST app ever!!! I'm about ready to cancel my subscription. I suggest that you have someone check out the apps for the New York Times or the Washington Post to see what a real newspaper app should be!
