Latredia, (customer service agent) was very professional. She was positive, and she seemed to enjoy her job, helping me. She presented several options. I wish all customer service agents would follow her standards. Latredia represents TRR with the highest standards. Unfortunately, I opted to do nothing so that the billing and payment didn't cause more problems later. Sincerely, Rebecca Savage **Please have a way to cancel orders when TRR is closed. This has been stressful.

Store where you can get luxury items at a discount. Sometimes the prices are a bit steep, but they also have big sales. I wish it would be easier to know the condition of the items before you even add them to your cart or mark them as favorites.

Fantastic app. Very eco-friendly but also making the purchase experience awesome. They clean, relabel, and repack items with bag made of 30% recycled material. The shipping is incredibly fast, even faster than some famous retailers. Selling is extremely easy with real person agent assistance. I sold a Tory Burch bag with them, and I used my credits to get a second hand but look like new pants with only 7 dollars. I will come back more frequently for sure!!!!!!

Do not sell anything to them. My friend was supposed to get anywhere from 150-300 dollars for a vintage pair of pants. They said it was in good condition, and then proceeded to pay her 5 dollars. TheRealReal is a scam. They will rob you blind.

The search & filter features in the "shop" tab does not work anymore. It does not store recent searches for quick access. I can't search niche brands anymore that I know you sell. I purchase 3-4 times a week on TRR, and now it's zero because I can't find anything quickly anymore. The cart timer doesn't provide the 5-minute warning anymore. Please fix the ability to search for items, so it's not so lengthy!
