The Scholarship System

Is your family leaving scholarship money on the table? You're not alone. Most families know scholarships exist but don't have a system to consistently find, apply for, and win them. The Scholarship System changes that.

This app gives parents and students everything they need to know about scholarships for college — course material, software tools to streamline the process, live coaching, deadline tracking, and a supportive community — all in one place.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE APP:

Step-by-step scholarship course

Our 6-step system walks your family through the entire scholarship process — from understanding your financial aid options to finding hidden scholarships, writing winning essays, and building a repeatable system that works year after year. Lessons are short (8-10 minutes each) and designed for busy families.

Personalized to your student

Every student has a Scholarship Superpower — a unique profile that shapes how they search, write, and stay motivated. Your student takes a quick quiz, and the course adapts with personalized tips, keyword suggestions, and essay coaching matched to their strengths.

Live coaching and events

Join live scholarship search sprints, essay workshops, and Q&A sessions with our team. Get real-time answers to your family's specific questions.

Community support from college-bound families trying to minimize student loan debt.

Connect with other parents and students in dedicated chat spaces organized by graduating class. Share wins, ask questions, access scholarship links, and stay motivated alongside families working toward the same goal. Our families share scholarship wins every single week, showing how this is indeed possible for your family, too!

Scholarship deadline reminders

Never miss an opportunity. Get notifications for upcoming scholarship deadlines so your family stays on track without the stress of tracking everything manually.

Discussion spaces and messaging

All your conversations, live call replays, and messages in one place. No more bouncing between email, social media, and separate apps.

Whether your student is a high school freshman just getting started or a college student looking to reduce costs, The Scholarship System meets your family where you are.
