It is with great delight to review this life changing and life-saving App. I have dabbled in Meditation throughout my life usually using Vippasana meditation as I practiced Buddhism for years, and still find great relief and wisdom in its teachings. The See app has implied my meditation and as I use it twice sometimes three times daily I have found that conscious awareness is our natural god given nature though seemingly obscured by 'egoistic currents.
