Works well I was able to use voice commands with Google. On the Google home app the drapes do not have an option to control the drapes, just configure home and room

So, getting the shades to pair (we have rollers) was a nightmare, but I eventually figured it out. The instructions for remote pair say to set the channel, press P2 2x and then click next, pairing fails every time. The Animation, however, shows P2 2x, see the jog and beep, P2 1x, an additional jog and beep, then press next. Doing this makes the shade continually jog until it pairs successfully. Works every time with this method. I had to learn this because the app forgot all of my shades.

Bought these shades for use of the app which doesn't work at all. Can't pair hub, so can't do anything automated.

When it works, it does control the shades. It supports scenes and timers. But often individual shades stop working, or the entire system stops working. I have 2 hubs in my 3000 sq ft house. I have fully charged the rollers. Shade Store has said the system is not compatible with modern 5ghz Wi-Fi; maybe that's the problem. The most recent problem is that shades are disappearing from the app. Guess I'll re-add them?

Tried for over an hour and could not get it to pair with any of my new Shade Store shades. I tried the pairing method with and without the remote. Frustrating.
