The romance/relationship system is kinda annoying; if you don't choose the 'right' option you may get locked out of the path accidentally. I like the idea behind it (romance and friendship being separated) but it doesn't work for me. So I wouldn't recommend getting this game for the romance. Overall, I enjoyed the characters, the story and the choices. I also really appreciated the 'warnings' if you choose certain backgrounds. It is the 1st book in a series, and I look forward to the next one.

Amazing story! I enjoyed all the characters, but I kinda wished the relationship status would go up more. I was halfway through the book and my relationships where still at 35-45. But it's so good I can't wait for the second book!
★★☆☆☆
Horrible. *Spoiler Alert* In my first (and last) play through I achieved the best possible ending, which the author calls "the worst." In short, I rejected my Soul Stone's profoundly evil offer to possess me—consuming my own soul, my identity, and my freedom in the process—in exchange for the promise of ultimate power. It's the Devil's bargain: "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, if he loses his soul?"
★★☆☆☆
Not terrible but the writing comes off very immature. Maybe in part due to the MC as well, some dialogue had me rolling my eyes. I genuinely tried giving this a chance but not only does it read too cheesy, it's obvious the author had a very linear story in mind when writing it. Despite the overwhelming amount of choices at times, it doesn't make a difference in the way the MC handles herself. Got to feeling like too much tug of war. Pass.
★★☆☆☆
Honestly felt like a spectator rather than the "main character", almost none of the choices provide anything meaningful to the story or your character's development, only how you want to be rescued, a lot of the writing although good grammar/spelling wise, just didn't keep me interested, romance isn't done very well in this story, it essentially forces the RO's onto you in a very creepy way and all of them (from what I've seen) are male, had potential but fails to appeal to a majority.
