--------------------------------- This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues. Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.
Available subscriptions are:
12 months: 12 issues per year
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product. -You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period. -Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

No customer service within the app I've paid $80 - recieved 2 issues and now it wants me to pay for the next issue. It wont update and there is no way within the app to contact the strad for help. If you are going to do an app it should be done with the precission of a fine luthier or musician. Othewise, boo.

let me get refund sucks doesn't work well won't download new issue...just give me my money back please. and they have the nerve not to refund money when we received no issues your program keeps trying to make me buy but i supposedly have subscription. if i have to buy each issue give me a full refund. Why are you holding me hostage. this truly sucks...plus the app doesnt work...period. the people giving it stars obviously work there. you are talking to a brick wall when it comes to customer service. if you dont believe me try them. you will see. they are schysters they could at least give a paper subscription in place but they rather act like crooks
