The Tanpura

Practice. Perform. Meditate.

A professional Indian classical music companion — tanpura and swarmandal in one
beautifully simple app. Both instruments are meticulously sampled from real Miraj
instruments using high-end condenser microphones, giving you an authentic,
resonant drone wherever you are.

Tune to any Sa, choose your raag, and let a rich, continuous sound fill the room — whether you're doing daily riyaz, on stage, or simply sitting in stillness.

• Auto-strum in the background, or strum by hand
• Create and save your own custom tunings

• Adjust volume, pan, and tempo independently per instrument
