Big heads up to any long time players (Me 5 years!) Not going to get your old game back it's gone They are not even going to answer that straight out question going to tell you to go look at the FAQs or blame your internet at first they said they were working on it now you will get a message saying there is no support for this game WHY? Because they have developed a new one so obviously don't care about the hundreds of dollars we spent either! Lying ripoffs! Notice... all reviews newer players!!

Terrible. I am locked out of a game that I had invested so much time in playing because they can't seem to resolve issues / bugs. Not to mention, I am losing out on special events and was told to just wait it out until the next update / patch comes out with no time frame of how long this is going to take. Very disappointed with their customer service.
