Dumbed-down instructions for growing limited species of each type of vegetable. No instructions at all on Southern region specific crops (below zone 6) so if you live South of Virginia, there's no good info you can use. Also, does NOT include alternatives to GMO fertilizers, in fact the app encourages the use of off-the-shelf fertilizers by continuously using the phrase "requires very fertile soil" without explaining what soil amendments can be used to insure fertilization is met without using GMO, mass-produced fertilizers, nor does it explain how to achieve a specialized level of fertilization, which is different for every plant. The app also never explains what a "sheltered location" is so it's very possible for people to get confused and put their corn crops (or other sun-lovers) in the shade where they think they are "sheltered" or "protected". In short, if you've never ever even tried to think about doing basic gardening for the creation of your own food (in which case you would likely not be reading this review, since you have not even had the slightest inkling of doing any gardening, much less grabbing a gardening app) this app would be slightly informative. If, however, you are like me and wish to take your organic vegetable garden to the next level, you are sadly mistaken if you believe this app will teach anything new. If you're strictly non-GMO like me, I recommend Pinterest.

Uninstalled almost immediately! Absolutely of no use to southern gardeners
(we're in FL-zones 9/10) or organic gardeners. Info is very dumbed down. If
you're not familiar with the metric system be prepared to get a conversion
chart. Very limited in species. All fertilizers suggested contain GMO. Not
even info on DIY composting.
