★★★★★ Had to shop my old GNC account to get products the vitamin shoppe is not proactively stocking AND saved TWENTY DOLLARS PER 10 LB Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey--everyday GNC price... BOUGHT TWO... Vitamin Shoppe products come in, but are gone before I can get them. Poor stock mgmt. By your store buyers. Up your game!!!

★★☆☆☆ I usually order online for my supplements because it's convenient and easy. However, this time around I placed an order for multi vitamins on Feb 5th and still haven't received them and the information says I won't get them until the 24th and that's not a guarantee because it's still waiting carrier pick up! If I knew it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks I would have gone to the store and get them myself!

★★☆☆☆ Multiple errors on website, app, and login. I wrote the company with screenshots, if they care to improve. I'm a long-time customer, but it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to do a simple reorder and to email them telling them to please fix their website and app. Even the customer service email address link was dead. Such a time waste. This is my first review ever of an app. Which is not a good trophy for them.

★★☆☆☆ Crashed several times while trying to place an order with only three items. For in-store pickup it made me search for and select the store location for each item (so three times, once for each item). It's amazing how bad this app is.
