I placed pharmacy order using my wallet amount and money from my pocket in wellness app .later delivery didn't happen and the wallet amount didn't credit back to my account. Not trustworthy Customer support also didn't help ...

Placed a pharmacy order which this app routed to Apollo Pharmacy. After 3 hrs there's no update on order and when I inquired this app says chk with Apollo pharmacy but Apollo says they have not received any order. No one to support on this from wellness corner side, pathetic app pathetic service for corporate employees. Beware. Order ID twc-pharmacy-6356-AY8UB. JUST SOME CHEATS RUNNING THE SO-CALLED APP THAG DOES NOTHING BUT TAKE MONEY

Worst app. My friend participated for corporate step challenge and app itself is fraud and participant was literally cheating and creating steps. Daily participants were walking 35000 steps and still app has not block listed them and instead given winners. Useless app and waste of money.
