When I switch to this app from another app, where I copied a word of interest, it does not conveniently default to that word from my cache. I especially enjoy the dictionary, thesaurus and acronym features. Excellent vocalization.

I grew up in a home where we kept a copy of a huge dictionary by the dinner table. I was extremely lucky to have a Father who taught my sisters and I the joy of learning. I've used (and purchased) quite a few dictionary apps over the decade - and assure you this is the best I've found. I can't tell you how many times this is the only one of them that includes compressive definitions - and etymology - of words that aren't even listed in other popular reference apps.

Word lookup acts like it's trying to hide. I thought this was a dictionary, not a stupid game hub. I want word lookup to be center stage when the app opens. Yours hides like an afterthought. BTW, your idiotic tips reply didn't tell me anything I didn't already know & your weather screen is sloppy. You didn't address the problem, but I bet you still get your paycheck.

1. The "Customize homepage" setting should allow the user the option of starting each session in "search mode" by default, with the cursor placed automatically into a search field, ready for typing; 2. The app has no black amoled theme. 3. The Credits and "source info" are not sufficiently separated from the definitions, themselves, making it hard to determine where one entry ends, and where the next one begins. The Source info should appear in dim gray text, to set it apart from the definitions
