★★★★★ Kurt Caceres · May 14, 2022

Vehicle was stolen today, I was able to follow the thug throughout city with police on the line and tell them exactly where the guy was going, and they caught the scumbag. Worked perfectly no lag and no latency. Real time.

★★★★☆ Jackie Lee McClement · Aug 26, 2021

The address for my vehicle's location is incorrect. It would be great if we could put in our actual Home address. Makes me wonder if the locator is as accurate as described?

★★★★★ Leon Gil · May 17, 2022

Always keeps me feeling safe about knowing where my cars at....

★☆☆☆☆ Adrian A. · Apr 21, 2022

This was installed by the dealership. It sounds cool but doesn't function very well. It's not always accurate or reliable. The notifications can be very delayed. It's not realistic to expect this to prevent or deter a theft.

★☆☆☆☆ Ronie · Dec 31, 2022

Unreliable, after they took a grand from me for a second hand vehicle that I've purchased. It was required by this auto dealer named Karplus Warehouse Inc. Watch out for this car dealer guys. Had to email Theft Patrol several times about updating its location. They even said that it wasn't their job to update my car's location. What? Say that again? There goes my one thousand $$$! My son is using it, and as a mom, I just want to make sure that he is safe somewhere or at work. Ugh.
