Beautiful. Chris heria Training ain't no joke, and it's an amazing experience learning Calisthenics aswell. While building muscle and strength is just amazing. The part where your body is about to give up that's your body asking for more in its current state.

I've used this app for years and love the Then and Heria brand. This latest update though is terrible. The app is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Workouts that I've used for years are now labeled premium and locked. There's now only pictures instead of titles when I scroll through workouts. I'm super disappointed in the recent update.

This app updated and all my previous data it has gone. I stopped my subscription for 1 month and my account got deleted. So bad, wouldn't suggest to anyone.
