Rating based on my prev. Use I loved this app as a DSP and Service Coordinator for MARs and ISP and as a Healthcare Coordinator for Notes after appts or to communicate various things. I am a Case Manager now and really am bummed there isn't more to utilize. It would be amazing to have a Therap App that I can do my notes, check ISP Data do Notes and really have all access similar to what I do via a web browser.

For the most part I have no real complaints up until today after the update I am unable to log in at all with the app it continues to say application browser unavailable. 01/01/24-After the update my BG browser settings somehow changed for therap so once I reset that it corrected the issue.

Not working right since daylight savings time. You are supposed to have an hour before medicines are due and an hour after, but it won't let you document in the hour before, unless you use the website version.

I can log in and check into EVV but often can not log back in to clock out and do my note ever since the update. I am getting "login failed" despite it being the correct password. I tried resetting the password over and over in attempt to resolve this, same problem. Pretty sure my boss thinks I'm lying about this, and I am not happy about it. I set my default browser to Chrome, and It still did not fix anything.

This app does make doing the documentation for my job much easier, I have to Uninstall it and reinstall it every other week or so because the installation website is not up-to-date however when I click that notification it takes me to the Google Play Store to update the Google Chrome app and that app is fully up-to-date. There are also some features available on the therap website that have not yet been integrated onto the mobile app, such as the personal finance transactions and splash messages
