ECI Thermogrid is the WORST software, the training is vague, and they seem to rush through it leaving you guessing. Half of the system you will never understand and if you do require huge amounts of data input just to run a report and if you miss one step forget it.... report is now trash. Support takes forever to get things fixed and as an HVAC company time is money. The app is just garbage seems like they rushed. Will not be using ever again
