Awful experience I have to ring the school up to see what the new message said because I get notification ls that it comes through, but it always says there is an error while loading it

Just does not work, it's at a pre-test level of functionality at best. Most links to information just result in a blank white screen and messages from school are never delivered. As a means of communication. Between school and parents it is effectively useless. When emailed the app provider replies that they know of the problem and are working on it. The app has been this way for well over a week, looking like since Jan 15th. Uninstalling because the app does not provide any feature of use.
