Hi, So, I have this app on my phone. Wanted to download on my computer, and it stated no access??? So I cannot have it on my computer only my phone? I would appreciate it if I can get it on my computer as well? Since I use both for my business and soon a tablet too. Am I doing something wrong?

!! Update!! They fixed it! 5 stars again! Loved this app and used it on the daily. But for a couple of months now I haven't been able to download anything. It constantly crashes. Just got the notification that there was an update, was so excited to get it fixed. But now It's even worse! IF! If I can get to a graphic I can't even pull it up for a screenshot (what I've been reduced to) it crashes, and I constantly get notification or warnings about something with JavaScript.

Since the update all I'm receiving is an error message inside a box with the word okay underneath and when I click on okay nothing happens. I pay for this, and I can't access it. Not happy 🥺 my phone is my only device.

Crashes all the time now. Not sure what's going on, but I can't download anything and every time I try to navigate through the app it crashes. I've been using the app since it was created and never had this issue before

Even with the most recent update, I still can't seem to log into the app without having to use a "magic link", and it gives an error whenever I try to download the PDFs. When I attempt to use the desktop version, it gives a server error, and I can't log in at all, OR reset my password.
