Good, simple, effective app. Just wish it had the option to alert you when deliveries are made, as opposed to having to manually go into it refreshing.

Will definitely seen improvement: Customer service 5 stars please do not hesitate and phone them on their helpline. Boxes where washed last time today just full of litter in general washing as steam cleaning works well. Currently, operating as expected. 👍 Thank you

There are too many steps for a useful app. On ibox, a card scanned a door opened. No overcomplicated app or manual typing in app. On returns Make customer ref a scalable entry like serial number. Don't change the screen or go to another app when inventory app is loading it freezes. On verify returns, make the last scanned at the top. So we don't have to scroll down to do references.
★☆☆☆☆Francis Simonite· Nov 30, 2025
Latest update has ruined it! The list of deliveries goes off the bottom of the screen and there is no scroll function, so it's impossible to see what items are on your most recent delivery. Also, the scan function doesn't work aa well as it used to.

Lockers constantly fail to open, even when there's a delivery confirmed in a locker. The option for customer service to remotely open your pocket isn't there. Ridiculous system!
★☆☆☆☆Dils Saini· Aug 24, 2023
. Crashes all the time. Dedicated app to access personal locker but doesn't work properly. On two phones and most days have to waste 20 minutes trying to log in. Stupid or what?
