Can't turn off notifications and emails together. Class booking hard to navigate. No shortcut to add classes to calendar. Lots of unnecessary features.

App often down overnight, means you don't know where you are on waitlist or whether to come in. Concierge not helpful, no back-up to the app for class attendance management. Other flaws as well, like if you choose a day it shows the wrong days classes, asks for instructor reviews but nothing happens when press submit. Accessing and searching through the video fitness is clunky and difficult, you just have to keep scrolling. They need to separate class booking (critical) from the other features.

This app was redesigned recently, after the outage problems that plagued the previous iteration. It has a busy interface on the home screen with a carousel (invariably terrible) that snaps to selection. The translucent (invariably terrible) buttons at the bottom feel unresponsive since there's a huge latency between a press and visual feedback/switching view (assume the developers only tested with flawless internet). Filters don't allow all locations. Worse UX but at least it works?

Who tested this app? It forces you to change password and then refuses to accept every possible password. So basically it's totally unusable, and you can't book any classes.
