This Never Happened

This Never Happened turns live events into phone-free experiences.

Some moments are better lived than recorded. TNH lets event organisers create phone-free shows, parties, and gatherings — and lets you, the guest, actually be there for them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Get the app before the show and grant the two permissions it needs.
2. At the entrance, scan the event QR code with the in-app scanner.
3. That's it — you're checked in, and your phone goes quiet for the duration of the event.

While a session is live, other apps are blocked behind a simple screen that reminds you where you are. No feeds, no notifications pulling you out of the moment, no sea of screens between you and the stage.

Experience the moment. Don't record it. This never happened.

WHAT STAYS AVAILABLE

• Phone calls and text messages still work — you're present, not unreachable.
• Emergency functions are never restricted.

HOW IT ENDS

Your phone unlocks automatically:

• Scan the same QR code on your way out, or
• When the event's scheduled end time is reached — even if the app is closed, or
• When the organiser ends the event.

Restrictions only ever apply during a live event session you joined by choice. Outside of a session, TNH does nothing at all.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

• The camera is used only to read the event QR code. Nothing is recorded or stored.
• Checking in requires no account. An optional account saves your session history — nothing more.
• We don't track your app usage, sell data, or show ads.
