Comments on thisbank for Android

I was able to apply for the account and deposit funds within 10 minutes! Very easy to use. The app seems seamless and very easy to navigate; everything is simply put for understanding what and where to do actions!

Worked fine to start with, then tapped on it, and it said app uninstalled? Reinstalled it and it keeps doing the same. Still waiting for a positive outcome from This bank as to why this is happening. Was previously 1 star. Since had a message to try a new update that had become available, now works fine again and a follow call from the bank to check it's ok. Good service, a shame update wasn't available before.

★★★★★ Jennifer Vettorello · Jan 22, 2026

Easy and intuitive to use. Smooth registration and secure login process. Lots of functionalities just one click away!

Appalling app, couldn't connect to my current account, not able to pay into savings from my current account either. Useless generic error. Closed account.
