Everything was going ok using the app. I am currently on the unlimited data pack and was happy, but when I logged into the three app today (16/3/23) I found the £8.30p cash credit I had left to be missing from my account. (The issue has been resolved)

I am traveling on a ship and three UK want me to download a new app, so I can top up and check my balance, but it will not let me. It's saying there a new app. Then says under maintenance. Why does threw mobile make checking your balance and reloading so hard? You need to start again from new.

Don't Download!! Faults! Bad! I was with three pay as you go 4 years ago and the app didn't work then with my brand-new iPhone. Doesn't work now with brand new samsung either! Keeps asking for number then email and then keeps asking for the same info in a continuous loop. Read the reviews and replies from three, constant repetitive generic apologies but no fix. I'm embarrassed on behalf of three support having to keep writing the same reply. Take take take! Absolute trash
