I like thrive I go here all the time I've spent 50 to 500 hundred dollars In there .but there's been time when they didn't give me my points, and I'll tell them the next time I go and say they going to put the points on there, and they never do .and it's the closest to my house and I love they dispensary but they not owning up to you all points you suppose to receive.

I was logged out, and I created the account with my Google account... and now I can't get back in...so I emailed them and was told to contact support... only thing is there is no way to do that.... I have over 800 points... how do I get this issue fixed????? The app would be great if it worked. Should also say. My review here at 1 star in NO way reflects on the store itself... the store I give 5 ⭐... the app needs work 😉

I get an error message when trying to change my email saying that the email address I've applied is either invalid or taken. I made a typo in my previous email entry, and have been unable to go correct it due to this bug. It doesn't matter what email address I try to change it to.

My servicer(tmobile) doesn't allow push messages from this app in order to verify my account and utilize rewards offered by Thrive. I have called several times, went in store and sent messages via the website about my problems with the app and no response or solutions. My experiences with this app has discouraged me from using thrive as a place to purchase cannabis as a result.
