The worst app and the worst customer care service ever. Don't be a fool to order from here. They don't reply to messages. I still have my refund to receive from them in spite of completing 21 days.

Worst experience bought a permanent hair color I have selected dark brown, but they sent me natural black, so I requested for an exchange they denied it said exchange is N A as per thrive co policy under returns it is mentioned as Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a salable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-Returns and exchanges requests will be subject

I have no intention of giving one star. For there such bad service. They are totally scamming people. I placed an order on 20th Feb which was prepaid and canceled the order within 24 hours on 21st feb. Till date, I have not received refund and I found very difficult to contact them. They didn't response properly, After many attempts when contacted they only suggest to reorder. They wash the customer's mind with various discount so that the product is reordered.
