★★★★★ I love this app it's so easy to use whether you're buying or selling xx

★★★★★ Easy account to set up. I had trouble uploading my tickets, but that's probably just because I'm tech-challenged. I also have ADHD, Dyslexia & poor eyesight & confused the 7% Ticket swap charge to sell as £. All my mistakes. Great service I'll use again.

★★★★★ Good service, good app, simple to use and the company has anti-scalping policies which is great for consumers. -1 star for lacking a little polish. e.g: * not having a menu shortcut to your listings from any of the profile / account pages. It's under the tab "Sell" which makes sense after you look everywhere else for it, but I think most people would expect to navigate straight to My Profile > My Listings (why not just have a second link for redundancy?) * profile avatar loss of quality, etc

★★☆☆☆ I used to be a good app, I managed to go on concerts that were soldout before with this app and sold many tickets but since they implemented that "raffle" way to get randomly picked by the system it's less likely for you to get the ticket. It used to be very hard to get tickets to soldout shows but at least there were a chance if you were fast enough but now, it's clearly impossible and is fate rather than being quick. And no need to answer to my comment with your same lame message... Fix it!

★★☆☆☆ Sold 2 tickets and never received my money from ticket swap. The support can't provide a simple bank statement proving that they made the bank transfer. Spent hours in chats with support and tons of nerves. Would never use to sell tickets again. Better give them for free to random people than to pay for this scam service.
