Ah, clarification needed. Ticket Tailor failed to work on my phone when I was working at a series of events I was volunteering at, despite re-installing it. Several events later I reinstalled it again and having jumped through some hoops (that ID obviously missed the first time), it worked.

Easy to use and intuitive app...low fees makes this better than any other ticketing platform esp over Eventbrite. Wish we could speak to customer support on the phone but chat box conversation does a decent job.

The long in is way to complicates. You need a class and another app to login. I had t top and deactivated. Then you can't talk to know body. I have to go with another platform. Unnecessarily stress just to log in.

Scanner stops working as it cannot connect to camera. Reinstalled app, and it worked again but then stopped again. It's like I haven't given it permission to use my camera even though I have.

Worst ticket app ever. We have an event tonight that we have tickets sold for. When the guests arrived, tonight's event doesn't even show up in the app, and therefore we can't scan ANY of the sold tickets at the door

Just loaded app and cannot sign in, it keeps showing error message (invalid password or email). I had literally reset my password, so I know it is all correct.
