★★★★★ Amazing service, and they really beat tickets

★★★★★ Got a $115 parking ticket dismissed and only paid half the fine to Ticket Wiper as commission. The vin number blocked ticket stuck but still saved me over $50

★★☆☆☆ Extremely rude customer service. If your company makes a mistake, even if it wasn't your mistake, it is your job as the contact person for the company to apologize and try to make the situation better. It is not your job to leave long defensive voicemails on customer's phones accusing them of personally attacking them, even though you didn't mention anyone's name in the review, and negating any responsibility to apologize because "the app developers control automated emails." AVOID AVOID AVOID

★★☆☆☆ Sucks, Waiting 3 months for a hearing and my ticket went from 115 to 175, so I decide to pay it.

★★☆☆☆ Worst experience with this people. I lost my case the first time I use this app. and I was okay with it, because I know sometimes you loose and sometimes you win. But I am not okay when they paid a ticket that has nothing to do with the one I dispute with them. Today I am calling my bank because this people made a payment to a ticket I am going to go in person to the judge to dispute.

★★☆☆☆ I gave them 5 tickets to fight not one was successful, and now I'm getting bigger fines for my tickets and I can't fight it by a better company that actually fights tickets
