I had to confirm my identity twice, through an e-mail and through a text message. The problem is, they would never actually send me the text message, and I couldn't open the ticket, that I had already paid for (and again, I had already confirmed my identity through an e-mail). I tried to get in touch with them, but they don't have anyone up during the weekends. How can a company that works with events in the weekends, don't have people working on the weekend to solve system problems?

Unethical company. They are using push notifications to serve ads of shows I haven't bought tickets for. The developer reply is wrong as there's no option to disable push notifications or ads and at no point during registration it was communicated that they would use the app to push ads. In fact, it was stated that they have an anti-spam policy. Very confusing and unacceptable.

No one should be forced to download an app to get access to the ticket they already paid for. Hideous UX. Not recommended
