The new version is so beautiful. The only problem is that, functionally, it's worse than the previous one. Since the UI update I don't receive new tickets anymore in the app. I tried to log out and log back in but nothing, only the tickets I bought before the revamp are present, for the new ones I have to resort using the PDF version I receive via email. Update: works great now!

Good app though it would be very helpful if you can delete tickets. f.e. I bought tickets and gave them to someone else, but it's still showing in my list, and you can't delete it

Bought tickets and installed app. Keeps on showing name of my partner even though going to my email. Trying to reset doesn't work as apparently 'account unknown' and no way to set up new account. Rubbish UX, certainly for something that isn't already that useful to start with.

Got a ticket, valid for either Saturday or sunday. When standing at the entrance, I open the app, see the ticket very briefly before it vanishes into thin air. No ticket. Luckily, I did have the ticket by email too. So, Into the bin this app. Never again. Stick to email if you want to be able to show your ticket to get in.

Ridiculous now carré is finally opening again and other cultural activities that had so much government support now when opening again rise the threshold with mails... You have tickets but install this app does this does that... What happened to scanning a barcode on the phone, I'm not setting up a new bank account. Bad.
