We got tickets for a show, and it was cancelled. We were asked to contact Ticket MX for refund. We left a message in the contact form inside the app, and we got no response since February 14th. We also tried to reach Ticket MX on Twitter but still we did not get any response from them. Clearly, the customer service is poor which does not encourage me to use the app again.

Ladies and gents I will recommend not to buy tickets from ticketmx, it is always better to buy ticket for event/park on the spot (always available). On the other hand ticketmx has no updated information about the event, even if park is closed for maintenance they will sell you ticket and will never refund. Moreover, on 11 March 2022 winter wonderland was closed due to sand strom warning, all those who bought the ticket on gate got refund at spot, but ticketmx did not even replied to refund emails.
