★★★★★ Very easy to use, great for scanning tickets for your events.

★★★★★ It works fine, but if you are in a low light area like a nightclub it can hard to use. You need lots of light to get even a basic phone camera to work. Also, some cameras can't pick out the lines of the bar-code. The app is good though for checking sales of events. If you are using this app I would use the laptop based version with a plugged in bar code scanner as you don't need an internet connection to use the application providing you have stored it in the database. One good thing with the app and Ticket-source is that they do actually respond to problems with the app and program, although you won't really need to have to complain or contact them as it has always worked except for usual site upgrades and app pushes. Good thing with the laptop based TSE is that you can download all the customer information and keep it off-line as many venues don't have Wi-Fi or you tend to be stuck in a basement with no 3G! The only problems tend to be customer based as more often or not people come in with the ticket on their mobile devices this making it impossible for the bar code scanner to read or even see. This might be addressed if your phone has NFC, so you could to Touch?

★★☆☆☆ Tried this on two different Android phones (one of which has a good quality camera), and both consistently fail to scan bar codes/qr codes. iOS version of app works every time, even on a 7-year-old iPhone 6s. Account login sometimes takes an overly long time, and other times is practically instantaneous.

★★☆☆☆ It won't accept my Email and password - but if I go to the online site it accepts them. Conclusion: it's a problem with the app, not the password. Uninstall.
