★★★★★ For now, I have successfully sold two tickets and bought one. I had a problem with the ticket I bought, however customer support helped me solve the problem within two days. The problem was that the seller advertised the ticket for the wrong category, and I asked for a refund, which was done in a short time. It would be nice to make possible to contact seller before and after buying, every online market have that.

★★☆☆☆ Not recommended. It allows scammers to find a platform for selling fake tickets, that's what happened with my friend who bought a ticket here and on the door its barcode didn't work and had to buy a new ticket, when he contacted ticket swap they surprisingly put him in direct conversation with the seller (the scammer) who denied and asked for a proof that for sure my friend couldn't provide as he paid on the door in cash, and the scammer got away with this, with the support of this app! Uninstall

★★☆☆☆ They say they check the tickets but when I purchased one for an event, the actual ticket purchased is of a different event for the previous year. Noticing this in time leads you nowhere since you HAVE to wait until the event is past to pass a complaint, before that they don't help you at all. So meanwhile the money is taken from your account, and you're stuck with an obviously fake ticket. THEY DON'T CHECK THE TICKETS.
