After two years I again restarted this app and went ahead for their paid service and spoke to a therapist. But that therapist was a nightmare for me. Instead of focusing on my issues she herself assumed and concluded things and came up with necessary suggestions. After a first session I requested to change her so that out of two sessions I can use my second session with some other therapist. But my request was not accepted or simply say was left unheard and this is how I lost my 1000.

The happiness coach was polite but answered only in 1 or 2 sentence like she is just doing it because she is forced to! She asked me if I want to do on donation or fees, I chose donation. She asked me to do 2 to 3 homework and on the first session itself she asked me to give feedback but i didn't guve any! After that I texted her once nd she gave me reply i TTD her back and then I waited for 1 week there was no reply ! Please we are already going through alot don't increase the intensity.
