The app is the best I've seen. But I ended up not using the broker. 1. Transferring money from gbp is unnecessarily complicated and involves opening a whole other bank account. 2. They have no web page to trade on. You have to install a Windows app or Mac app. But I run Linux both at home and work. Why no web page? So you can't block ads.

Give me $50 for a transaction of $0.05 or more from my bank to your trading platform, and then you gave me the $50 to buy five different shares and then in 2 months of owning those shares I did not watch them but checked on them every second or third week and I found that you made me double my money that you gave me in 2 to 3 months. I think your platform is wonderful, and I will invest again Just need to know how to use your app

Doing a top-up to tiger brokers debit card always result in an error message: top up is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. This is not because my bank account does not have enough money in it but because Tiger Brokers app want to deposit the money into our Tiger Brokers prime account instead. In addition, some money will be detained in the prime account in the process, and it cannot be withdrawn even when there is no outstanding trades.

In the age of technology and digital this broker is still not using bank transfer or card transfer to deposit or transfer money. Depositing and withdrawal money should be easy. Why don't you integrate payment gate to this app?? Highly recommend don't use this app depositing and transfer is a big hassle and not safe when you can't withdraw always need approval to deposit transfer funds. Use other brokers where you can withdraw or deposit funds easily plus safe

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Trying to recover my account has been a very long and drawn out process. If. . IF. . I get access to my account again I will be withdrawing my money and not ever recommending this App to anyone. Go and see a proper share broker instead! . . .again. . Not very happy with Tiger Trade and their service!
