★★☆☆☆ They have the worst customer service ever. CS is not helpful, close conversation one-sidedly when issue is not resolved. Plus issues escalated to related team does not have clear resolution time. Quite frankly very disappointing as I use them quite often to book flight and hotel. I was asked to wait 7 days and every time I contacted CS, the message was: wait wait. And then they close the ticket. Embarrassing!

★★☆☆☆ We don't recommend these apps to you all. These app looks good but terrible. It said it fully refunds when the apps did mistake. When I experienced it, I need to complain for months to get my money be returned. They turned your refund into bliblipoint. Finally, I lost money because apps could steal your bliblipoint when we had been doing searching and checking out. You tell me how I could complain, if our history disappears, so customer care don't care until today. Anyone doesn't trust me. Try!

★★☆☆☆ Scam! Order for Dorset KL from their app. Turn out the booking is not for Dorset. And I am unable to check in 10.30 at night. Call the CS only to give me a personal phone number and ask me to contact the property owner directly. Terrible irresponsible SCAM!!!!!!
