This is the worst nightmare of a travel app and trash of the highest order. I can't believe how one-sided the reimbursement procedure is. The whole thing has been a nightmare caused by the negligence from the app's booking system and the actions of the customer service, yet they couldn't even accept a shred of responsibility. On top of a paltry sum of compensation, they even impose a hefty administrative charge for the refund. What a freaking joke. I hope you go bankrupt!

Bad app, I tried to reschedule my flight via both app and website, the rescheduling menu is useless. Every time chose to reschedule, it always shows a popup that told me to contact the cs, and the cs is very slow response. I want to see whether the process can be done successfully or not. I might try to refund, buy a new flight instead.

Stick with agoda. This app is useless. Non-existent customer service. No reply in WhatsApp. No one answering phone. Only fast response is when I requested price match with competing website, which they quickly deny. Their lowest price match promise is just empty promise. Showed them agoda is cheaper, but they just said no! Only reason given was not enough attachment, when I clearly attached a screenshot of agoda being cheaper. Scammed. Once is enough.

SOME BOOKINGS IN THE PAST STILL APPEARING IN THE BOOKING LIST. USUALLY WILL Go AUTOMATICALLY AFTER, WHEN It's DONE / PAST. SO PLEASE REMOVE THE OLD BOOKING PAST / CHECK THE SERVER, MAYBE THERE IS NEED TO FIX SOME ERRORS.

The promise of a refund for ticket cancellations is 90 days, but the reality is that until NOW it has not been returned, even though the one who canceled it was also the airline itself. Repeatedly emailed to CS, the answer was only told to BE PATIENT to wait. Very disappointed with this app
