HEY - I've emailed and used the contact support chat and had no reply. You "updated game" and I lost all of my rank and league. I'm on level 6194 - my rank was well over 120 and my league was the top glory type with over 40 stars. As you can see with the level, I love this game and play it consistently. If someone, anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

Ads are supposed to last for about 5 seconds, and then you can skip but your isn't like that. In as much as this is a great game, I'm deleting it. The rate at which ads pops here and there is too much, and you can't skip them. You can't inconvenient people because they don't pay to play your game. The free version is there for a reason, let it count. Goodbye
