★★★★★ The whole experience has been quick and easy which is exactly what I was looking for when searching for a "bank account" for my kids to start with. Everything mentioned in their advertising and website has been exactly as indicated. I came across one tiny issue, but I emailed their customer support and their automatic response stated I would hear back within 24 hours however I actually heard back with a solution to my issue within a few hours which was awesome! Thank you, Till (and Kevin)

★★★★★ The perfect starter debit card for my daughter! Very easy to use and set up.

★★☆☆☆ My bank isn't listed as an option to link to the account. I tried to transfer money via ACH, but it won't Even scroll, so I can enter the information. My only option is to connect my debit card and be charged a fee of 3% every time I need to transfer money into the parent account. My child is going on an educational trip out of the country and this was recommended by the company organizing the trip.

★★☆☆☆ The app does not work. It says my bank account is linked, but it doesn't show up as a usable account to add funds even after two weeks. I linked my debit card and was able to use it once to add funds, and now it doesn't show up either and the link to add a debit card no longer works. I bank with a well known bank so that's not the issue. This is what my daughter is supposed to use on her school trip this summer and I can't even put money on it and I certainly don't trust it even if support helps
