★★☆☆☆ I lost two different orders because I redeemed them on the website when I pulled in to the parking lot because it gave me an option to redeem... Timber said that they had to press the button on my phone, so then my points were started two different times, and then I saved all the way up to get $200 off of my order and I made sure not to redeem it before I went inside... They couldn't even figure out how to redeem it and when they did, they ended up doing it on their computer...

★★☆☆☆ I go here a lot for bud, but how do I submit my receipts to my point if they don't do it in shop? I have 2 that I did today that never got put in, is there even a way to do that? Also, why does it show now I have no points, but I've never used them and have none despite all the purchases I have made?
