iPhone the app spins and spins, I have to call the employer to fix my time. Can't miss money. Just tried to install app on the Android phone and it's tells me I'm not authorized W that? Same email/ password 😞 this is ridiculous.

This app does not allow me to log in to my account with my employer. The other version of home base app is not compatible with my phone which is a Galaxy S10. This is the only app that you guys have that's compatible with my phone, but I am unable to log in and out of this one.
